This is a very special episode that the Mikes have been talking about for a while, and as you will hear, may well be Pereira's Area of Expertise: the best movie soundtracks that come from the worst movies. Clark is along for the ride on this one, as his music knowledge is surface level at best, but we deep dive into the influence of some of these soundtracks on the wider music industry, the late 20th century phenomena of the best selling movie soundtrack, and how it is yet another part of the movie business that has largely disappeared. And many tangents throughout, as to be expected. 

Clarification: at one point Clark comments about George Lucas' two "best films"; obviously, he meant two best films that Lucas made outside of the original Star Wars. Clark may have some strange opinions, but he's not going to argue that Willow is better than A New Hope. Dark Crystal though...
